Shipping Policy:

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we are happy to take a purchase.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective products purchased from our online store, can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All items will be returned to us must be in their original condition, that is, unwashed, with all tags attached. Otherwise, the items will be returned to you.


If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us. Immediately by e-mail or in-line transmission We are then further instructions.

1. We only allow a complete refund for items that the problems that have us.

2. If the returning package does not everything contains the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts from the entire product price will be deducted and only a partial refund.

1. We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original date of delivery of the order. Please contact with your order number and our customer service will help you us. If you would like to share a different type items, you would return your items for a refund (after return) and a new order for the style you prefer

2. You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all attached tags. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

3 We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for returning and for the shipping cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
